Shipping:
Mainland UK only.
All items include postage and packaging and most are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, therefore they require a signature upon receipt. Please note large orders or heavy items may be sent by courier. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Once your parcel has been dispatched it is in the hands of the Royal mail or courier service therefore we can not guarantee a delivery date or time, however we can provide you with a tracking number upon request.
Although care is taken to ensure that all goods that leave us are well packed and secure goods may become damaged during freight.
Returns:
We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Payment for returns will not be refunded until the goods have been received and accepted by us.
All Gledhill parts have been identification marked by us.
Please note we cannot accept returns on PCB's.
